The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of the College of Medicine at the Liaquat College of Medicine and Dentistry is committed to raising the bar of academic excellence.
We believe in continuous quality improvement to sustain compliance with our affiliated university, JSMU, and accreditation bodies: HEC, PMDC, and WFME.
The department functions as a central body for monitoring academic processes, program review, curriculum implementation, assessment quality, faculty, and student feedback mechanisms for a holistic internal audit.

Coordinating PREE documentation Leading strategic planning for quality enhancement Facilitating faculty and departmental coordination and future development al activities.
Dr. Alfarah Rehmatullah: Conducting audits and Mock audits, Reporting and Documentation for compliance.

- Dr. Suwaiba Azam Waqar: Evaluating Key Productivity Indicators as metrics to increase performance.
- Dr. Abeer Ather Khan: Institutional Policy Review, Indexing in files, Dissemination, and Documenting Example: Program Review for Effectiveness and Enhancement.
- Dr. Saba Arif: Academic audit support during mock rounds of basic and clinical facilities.
